1.) Submit your registration via the register button above. 
2.) We will email you, letting you know that your spot in our program is confirmed. 

3.) Pay the invoiced amount in full. 
4.) You will then receive a player intake form to fill out with information regarding your playing career, objectives, challenges, etc. and further information regarding the program (how/when to submit videos, etc.).
